Our Refund Policy

Withdrawal/Refund Policy

If your athlete withdraws before the season starts (as determined by the date of the first practice for the athletes age group), you will be refunded your entire registration fee, less the respective non-refundable AWPA (Alberta Water Polo) and WPC (Water Polo Canada) fees and an administration fee of $50.00.
If your athlete withdraws on or before November 1, 2024, you will be refunded 65% of your registration fees, less the respective non-refundable AWPA and WPC fees  and an administration fee of $50.00.
If your athlete withdraws on or before January 1, 2025, you will be refunded 40% of your registration fees, less respective the non-refundable AWPA and WPC fees for and an administration fee of $50.00.
No refunds will be offered after January 1, 2025
You must notify the president in writing via email at presidentmakopolo@gmail.com or smic@hotmail.ca of your intent to withdraw your athlete on or before the dates provided above.
Refunds will be issued within 60 days of receipt of notice of withdrawal. 
This policy is to be reviewed annually either by the Board or a committee assigned for such purpose.
