Withdrawal/Refund Policy
- If your athlete withdraws before the season starts*, you will be refunded your entire registration fee, less the non-refundable AWPA and CWP fee for provincial league and an administration fee of $50.00.
- If your athlete withdraws on or before Nov 1, 2023, you will be refunded 65% of your registration fees, less the non-refundable AWPA and CWP fee for provincial league and an administration fee of $50.00.
- If your athlete withdraws on or before Jan 1, 2024, you will be refunded 40% of your registration fees, less the non-refundable AWPA and CWP fee for provincial league and an administration fee of $50.00.
- No refunds will be offered after Jan 1, 2024
- You must notify the president via email at presidentmakopolo@gmail.com or smic@hotmail.ca of your intent to withdraw your athlete on or before the dates provided above.
- Refunds will be issued within 60 days of receipt of notice of withdrawal.
*Note: Season start date is determined by the date of the first practice for your athletes age group.
- This policy is to be reviewed annually either by the Board or a committee assigned for such purpose.
